Moved Events 10.1. Event changes not due to the Company's control may result in valid ticket transfers.

Cancelled Events 11.1. Company will make reasonable efforts to recover and return a proportionate share of the package price, but no guarantees can be given.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction 12.1. Terms governed by United Kingdom law; disputes referred to arbitration in an Independent Court of arbitration and or Magistrates Court.

Covid-19 14.1. Covid-19 guarantees apply to Cancelled or Spectator less events. 14.2. Postponed events may keep valid orders. 14.3. Reduced capacity events: Company may cancel bookings without refunds. 14.4. Refunds limited to ticket price for Spectator less or partially filled stadium events. 14.5. Away Supporters: Tickets offered for home sections; no responsibility for rejection or removal of away fans.
